Dear Mike and Mark:

Now that we are settled into our new home, I wanted to take this opportunity to express just how
happy Kim and I are with both how the house turned out and what a pleasure it was to work with you.

As you know, I own and manage a commercial construction management company so I come in contact
with many different builders, subcontractors, project managers, etc. every day. I also come in contact with
many different people who will do just enough to keep you satisfied, but rarely go above and beyond the call
of duty. What I realized very early on in our working relationship was that you shared just as much passion for
this home as Kim and I had for it. Never did we have to worry if the attention to detail would get lost. We laugh
about it now, but we all know that this home was also built in one of the busiest residential building booms that the
Valley has ever seen. In spite of that, I found that you had a firm hand on the sequencing of trades at all times
and were relentless to those trades who tried to give you excuses as to why they were not performing. As a result,
our home got completed on schedule and with a high attention to quality and detail.

So, in closing, thanks once again for all your hard work and commitment to our home. We are VERY happy
with it and should we ever decide to build another home, we will be happy to work with you again. At the
same time, should you want to use us as a reference, feel free to do so.

To Whom It May Concern:

Throughout the almost 18 months construction process (yes, it does take that long to get a custom
home built right), Mark and Mike always acted professionally in getting the job done as fast as possible.
Building a custom home is not an easy task, with literally thousands of decisions necessary along the way.
We were always guided me in the right direction, which was especially important, since I was living in New
York at the time. Between my monthly visits we were in constant communication via phone and fax, with
pictures coming by FedEx (email wasn’t here yet). Both Mike and Mark always kept the communication
channels open and clear.

While this is my “retirement” home, and I have no plans on another move, if I would decide to build
another home, Michael Warner Custom Homes would be the one I would choose to do it.

Now that my house is ten years old, there are obviously items that occasionally need maintenance, and
my questions are always answered as to what repair service is best to use, and very often helping me
“hands-on” with whatever the problem might be.
